Who is the NIC EIC?

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NIC EIC) is the independent consumer safety regulatory body for the electrical contracting industry. It's sole purpose is to protect users of electricity against unsafe and unsound electrical installations.

The BBC's "Rogue Traders" program recently named NIC EIC approved electricians as the tradesmen to trust because of the NIC EIC's stringent regulations and thorough inspections.
